      Customers Tips Continuous Education There are really not a lot of Pros for this company. Each location is franchise owned and the corporation takes no responsibility in making sure employees are treated respectfully and fairly. Corporate also encourages work over family ALWAYS

      Cons

      Abusive Management Hostile Work Environment No Work Life Balance Corporate doesn’t care about employees since they are franchise owned. Corporate encourages company first family last.

      Pay really sucks and tips. Can vary from $1.00- maybe 10.00 per client can live on a check for 2 week total payout less than $400.00

      Best place I’ve ever worked

      Pros

      Fast paced, guaranteed base wage, endless opportunities for advancement, team work, guaranteed clientele, discount on products, flexibility, paid vacation and holidays I’ve worked at my location under two years after not being in the hair industry for quite some time. I was promoted to assistant manager after working there for ten months, and promoted to store manager nine months after that. I love this company and all of our clientele. This is honestly one of the best companies to work for despite no chemicals besides perms at some locations. It is such a welcoming environment for stylists of any age. My stylists in my salon range from 20 yr to 75 and we all work as a team.

      Cons

      Sometimes during winter we can have periods of time where no one will come in because the weather is too bad. Other than that, this is a wonderful company to work for. Love my franchise owners as well!
