Flexible schedule and no late nights

Cons

Pay is low, and you have to perform so many cuts an hour . you work your butt off and make such a Small percentage of what you're making the company.

Pros

Gives good training and helps with your haircut time with organized cutting system. Actually gives you medical benefits unlike some competitors. Good place for starting out out of school.

Cons

Pays under minimum in the state I'm in and there is no real ability to receive a raise and expects a lot out if an employee for low pay.
