      Pros

      The only pros is that payment came always on time

      Cons

      Disorganized management, absolutely unclear on boarding process. The company has an Italian culture not British so you manager will be 100% rude with you or mean!Its GotU specialty. Discrimination might be seen as well. Try to find another job before joining them. Nightmare for every young person

      Pros

      -Well structured training in performance marketing optimisation, analytics, and more -All of the staff are trained and capable. This isn't the type of company that overloads its team with 'client services' and sales personnel, and then relies heavily on one or two analysts to perform analysis, campaign, and other technical work. On the contrary, at GotU, all of the staff are trained to perform and handle technical work to a high standard. -Very competent management and team leaders who understand business insights -All of this, means you work in an environment surrounded by intelligent people. This rubs off on you and gives you a platform to grow.

      Cons

      -Not much to complain about. -It isn't a huge company, so there aren't a great deal of opportunities for advancement, but that could change. They are an ambitious company. -More importantly, the way they are set up, they can scale their business
