Pros

Lots of oppurtunities to explore and learn. Especially in the AI transition phase.

Cons

High pressure to showcase productivity using AI or not AI, not much focus on quality. Too aggressive to meet market demand especially in cloud.

Pros

1. Good work life balance (to some extent) 2. Good office and perks (although it becomes quite boring after 6 months) 3. Coworkers are still generally okaish, but the quality is degrading quite fast.

Cons

1. Too much politics and corporate bureaucracy. 2. Weird attendance policy. Enforcing in office presence for no reason even if your team or manager don't require it. 3. Severe lack of long term vision by the Execs. 4. Rapidly declining standards both in the quality of work and your coworkers. 5. Too much reorgs and silent layoffs consistently.
