      Pros

      It was a wonderful place to learn at an early stage of your career. It often felt like a continuing education program with the amount of resources that they had available to learn.

      Cons

      It is incredibly bureaucratic with committees, forms, and review process for any idea taking weeks or months. It is also incredibly difficult to actually make an impact on the business given the size and scale of Google.
