      Pros

      very friendly environment, lots of bright people, lots of exciting projects, on site techtalks, TGIF, free food :) , access to technical classes

      Cons

      lots of work, but this might be seen as something very interesting as well:) sometimes the work might seem overwhelming, but the afterwards appreciation is very rewarding
