      Camaraderie between employees, strong drive for excellence

      Cons

      Politics, especially heavy involvement from BDO Management that led to BDO eventually buying out the Life Insurance leg of the company. Benefits are not at par with competitors, and there is lack of work-life balance.

      Pros

      Big but also very technology-oriented company where the management's primary goal has always been keeping the financial stability of the whole organization. Extremely risk-oriented organization with the mindset of continuing to keep its insurance obligations in the event of losses.

      Cons

      As also exists in other organizations, which is about how to deal with demographic change internally.
