      Pros

      Good health care benefits, people are nice, green building.

      Cons

      CEO for the US operations is disorganized and forgetful and micro-manages. Company proivdes no reviews, ie no PDR's and has no formal review process. Communication is very poor and exclusionary.

      Good salary, a lot of responsabilities which can challenge you, several services for the employees

      Cons

      Lack of training, they should hire somebody instead of abuse of trainers, which are too many. They dont consider so much work/life balance (I got scold cause i wasnt doing overtime)
