Pros

Relaxed Atmosphere Employees are all very nice people Promote good work life balance Good benefits (Health, Small Christmas Bonus Voucher) Due to this, generally the company suits people who have a family, are from the wider Meath area and that are sick of working/commuting to Dublin.

Cons

Poor/Lack of Decision Making Frequent shift in strategy and direction No accountability Lack of drive and motivation from employees, there to do a 9-5.30. Office empty at 6. Limited possibility of advancement

Pros

None other than a slightly pleasing logo.

Cons

Horrible leadership in N.A. Surly and imperious regional manager whose average tactical skills are no substitute for hideous, non-client centric demeanor.
