A good salary and a balance between free time and work.

Cons

Struggle to manage people fairly. There are no merit-based or truly work-driven growth plans; everything is based on appearances. Attempts to promote 'diversity and inclusion' concepts have created a reverse gap, where you are limited if you don't fit into certain categories."

excellent work-life balance, very good health insurance benefit and pension plan

Cons

compensation extremely below market level (30% - 50% minus) specially for junior position. Internal growth is quite difficult, considering a quite total absence of merithocracy. extremely political environment
