      It was like high school again: a bunch of drama seeking individuals. Very unstructured company. Lack of formal training.

      Pros

      Very generous Health Spending Account. Accommodating with schedules.

      Cons

      The amount of drama and unprofessionalism was incredible. Management would highjack your email to send prank emails to colleagues. The people who succeed at this company had the worst people’s skills, yet they were the manager’s favorites. New management would come in with no clue how the business worked. No bonuses, no salary adjustments. Poor performance feedback.

      Quite modern technologies in IT infrastructure and datacenter Very rapid and fast ongoing activities Good and exciting goals and projects Career opportunities and step up Supportive team leaders and colleagues from other contries International collaboration Free language courses Team buildings Announcements about the company for workers periodically Cheap daily food in the company's restaurant For a career development it could be a great choice, but nothing else.

      The mixture of a strategic and an operational role The mixture of an Italian founded&owned company with a German management. Colleagues were very stresfull and undervalued. Most of the employees did their own job, but nothing else. Low empathy and support. Very instant business meetings abroad. The feeling of an SSC Low salaries Low budgets The habit of "always seek for savings" to cut your own costs (!!!) Very crowded atmoshpere and office (However it may have changed in the past years) Home office was acceptable only when it was very neccessary. The food was bad very often. Lack of hygiene.
