Pros

It is a great starting company for beginners. The environment in our account was not as toxic as I had expected. The training is good for new hires, and the last team leader I had was very nice and considerate.

Cons

It is inevitable to have coworkers that are least likeable, other than that, the application or interview process onsite is quite hectic -- sometimes it is also quite confusing and crowded.

Pros

Management is supportive and approachable, at least for my account. They communicate well and are willing to help when issues come up. Salary is competitive and always paid on time, which gives peace of mind. PTO and other benefits are standard and fair. The work environment is organized, and expectations are generally clear.

Cons

The equipment could be improved. It would be great if the company considered upgrading to laptops
