Pros

Possibility to work on a large panel of cases, good compensation for the industry, and fast evolution within the years.

Cons

There are many trainings for statuory auditors but very few for the financial advisory department, still a bit small. Furthermore, the company's "mentality" (or way of doing things) is a bit too clustered and scholar. For advisory analysts, there is also an obligation to work on statuory audit cases which are not always motivating (it depends on the former background).

Mid tier firm so the work/ life balance is good. Aesthetically nice office Can work towards professional qualifications.

Cons

Toxic culture - if your face doesn't fit or you don't suck up to the right person life is made very difficult for you. Appraisals - everybody is out to trip you up - they have a system where your peers give 360 feedback which in fact is just an opportunity for them to criticise you while 'bigging' themselves up. No office banter - a very glum and serious atmosphere Poor working standards - management seem more concerned about their own office political agenda's than actual client work - often work is very last minute and rushed

- Friendly working environment - Good relationship between upper manager and staffs - Great potential to expand within Vietnam

Cons

- No significant downsides. But the compensation and benefits should be focus on to be more attractive as an employer
