      One of the biggest audit firms in the country. Market leader year 2013... High paced, lack of organizing, opportunities

      Pros

      The climate is average to not so ok, compensation is ok with salary rises depending on performance, performance perceived.

      Cons

      Missions are not that well defined, a kind of non regulated random opportunities for who is to do whatever it takes to get them. Time-offs : u really are going to work a lot of week ends, and rarely make it home by the official daily work timing.

      - good benefits - great support staff - the cafeteria is getting better and better

      - ridiculous office politics - great lack of communication throughout company - a lot of broken promises Mazars assesses its employees only on the basis of billable production and do not look at the work they actually do, and at the potential of the employee,
