      Good people, interesting clients, focus on quality output, fun environment, part of an international firm with a big reputation (although not in the UK).

      Cons

      Long hours with lots of times working away from home, limited promotion prospects, tatty offices, salaries and perks not as good as big 4.

      Very long hours - understaffed - almost year round tax season. No additional compensation for longer almost year round tax season - so remember this when discussing salary. Turning into a burn and churn.
