Good starting point to your career. Lots of social event to integrate staff.

Cons

-Take business decisions personally -Poor promotion structure: friends promote friends -Lack of review and feedback from Management -Lots of 'backstabbing' and 'trampling' as people try to climb to the top at all costs. -Lack of personality: Partners don't acknowledge staff.
