Good for Fresher if they are looking to explore their careers in core finance.

Cons

Middle level management is very immature and inexperienced. Employees concentrate more on others things instead of work. Work life balance is not good. No time to focus on commercial knowledge. Managers will only focus on delivering the projects on time. No career focus of employees.
