      They have a nice looking offices.

      Cons

      There are too many to list, but here are some significant issues: - Low pay - Very low compared to other firms. - Rude Managers and Partners - They mandate you to do things as part of a 'team' no matter how uncomfortable you are and choose favorites. - No Culture - They have a bias for hiring and promoting women. Good luck if you are any other member of diversity. They only care about their goals and objectives and don't follow their principles! You have been warned.

      The office is nice, most of the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Turnover was absurd. They laid people off during the start of the pandemic by having a company wide call stating “if you aren’t called by 3pm, you are still employed”. Bonuses are terrible, raises even worse. And work life balance was non existent during my time there.
