      People can be great, some very intelligent managers and partners to learn from. Especially on the insurance side. Sociable and culture encourages good wellbeing and mental health For audit, hours are not bad compared to big 4

      Cons

      Matter of luck in terms of which job you are put on- some new jobs, particularly on the banking team are very difficult, understaffed and managers are not supportive.
