little relevant training no progress updates with managers/partners no work from home opportunities all recognition of personal feats/accomplishments taken by management and discredited from ground level individuals closed in 'cubicle' style workplace poor system of managing workflow management unable to accept proposals from new staff for improvements in work processes - i.e. 'can't be changed because it doesn't work like that' poor salary no rewards/incentives program no communication from upper management and partners to ground staff incorporates the 'Peter Principle' within the office to the point that a selling point in their grad presentation is 'we will not stop promoting you' irrelevant of the individuals actual success in the position excessively controlling management - planning your day for you to the minute and forcing continuous updates throughout the day every 5 min to 1 hour
