Colleagues were generally friendly and supportive.

Cons

No worklife balance. Team under resourced with at least 10 resignations in the space of 7 months resulting in existing team having to work overtime consistently. No support from middle or senior management. Toxic corporate bullying culture. Extremely high turnover of staff.

Almost none of my experience in here was positive.

Cons

- Colleagues were being unprofessional by lying to a new hire that making mistakes in printing documents will be fined Rp1000 - Rp2000/pages. - The L&D "joking" that by being nice to them, won't necessarily make me pass the probation. The L&D also stated that she can simply coordinating with other colleagues to make a collective bad reviews about my performance so that I won't pass the probation. - In the probation period new hires didn't get a proper training and the employer expect the new hires to get a "common sense" in what are they're going to do in their role. Other than that, new hires were told to do a handover to other new hires and expected the process in the business will run smoothly.
