      Pros

      Typically a steady pace and solid market to keep the demand for business. Well known company within the field. Established customers and international reach.

      Cons

      Union labor in the metal working departments. Siloed departments who withhold information and are unhappy with management. Most of the salaried staff does not like working there because of the stress levels. Always late on delivering products to customers due to delays in manufacturing. This leads to dealing with very angry customers (rightfully so). Bad location in Vernon, CA...

      Lots of hard-working, dedicated employees who value producing a superior work product. Co-workers go out of their way to help and support one another.

      Cons

      A lot of difficulty with management, especially first line managers. A great deal of pressure for results, but they provide no support in reaching those goals.
