      Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      The atmosphere is one of cooperation and respect. Safety is also very well ingrained. There are a lot of long time employees that are very close friends Benefits are a little better than average.

      Cons

      Some processes are too loose. Management is very quick to do layoffs. There isn't a lot of cooperation between divisions in different states. Management focus is on $$ first. Which may be a pro if you are an investor.

      Pros

      The company has adequate salaries overall and the plant is very familial.

      Cons

      Upper management continues to hire outside of the company, and the new management team refuses to learn our current processes before making drastic changes. We are more focused on shipping product on time than thinking and preparing for long term progress. The buddy system that is mentioned is alive and real. This may be the type of environment in which you thrive. Overall the company is incredibly toxic. There is no stock put in furthering education, in fact managers rejected many requests to go back to school.
