Pay is good, benefits are good.

Cons

Insane leadership turnover. Large percentage of employees and leadership have left the company. Flowserve does NOT care about their employees. Flowserve is doing their best during a bad market but focus on employees is zero.

Little to no change in the organization if you appreciate an organization that promotes becoming a stale, uninspired place to work.

Cons

Sinking ship with no management to guide the company. No concern for the promotion or betterment of the employees. Treat current employees as if opinions do not matter.
