      Silos everywhere in upper management, lot of smoke and mirrors. Little respect and poor work life balance.

      Pros

      Many Great people to work with. Each year includes a good bonus opportunity. They offer good benefits including 401k matching up to four percent.

      Cons

      The bonus is not always reached year over year. The management style is increasingly centered at the headquarter. There is lots of personnel busy work like repeated safety training.

      Safety consciousness facility .that's it.All are are garbage.

      A lot of cons ..let put this way. A management who don't appreciate your good work a candy for good job,cheap company with cheap leadership.everything is a mess in this Temecula facilities..Hypocrite, no class management with unprofessional approaches on certain issues.Management treat workers especially in bellow dept.like in prison..
