The first interview was over the phone (understandable), but the second interview was over webcam (also understandable given who and where the interviewer was). For some people, this is better because it can take away some of the pressure, but personally I like to make eye contact with the person I'm speaking to and not a camera.
Additionally, I was rushed a little to get out to my new job (relocated) which was stressful because I had to find a place to live and figure out how to move all of my stuff within a week, but when I made it to my relocation there were plenty of things that were not ready for my arrival (credentials, badges, laptop etc.). It didn't take too long to get that sorted out, but it made my first couple weeks very confusing and inconvenient.
