Good place to work if you just want a job. Not the place for high performers.

Good bonuses for all salaried employees when the company does well. On the order of 10-15% of salary. Easy pace of work. Not a competitive environment. "Small pond"

Cons

Not a top tier company to work for. Management lacks business insight and creativity. Not a good place to work for high performers or top 15% type employees. You will be easily frustrated here if you fall into this category.

The company priorities are in order and well directed. Good balance between work and home life. The company is on the move.

Cons

HR is managed by attorney and causes delay and inconsistant reactions. Sometimes a bad HR decision is a good business decision.

The benefits are the only reason i am there.

Cons

MANAGEMENT you cant trust them. They have 2 different payscales. They use the buddy system a lot, I am sure i can write more just give me time
