      Pros

      Flowserve was a good place to work in terms of working for a large company with plenty of opportunity for improvement.

      Cons

      Flowserve was fairly unorganized at times and communication was difficult to maintain throughout the different departments. Communication is key to maintaining efficiency and there is room for improvement.
