      Flowserves Brantford location was the best in the world at what they did. Outstanding Sefety program, excellent wages, challenging work, cutting edge technologies, and a truly team effort from every department in cooperation with every other department. Consistently delivered the highest and growing profit margin in the division.

      Cons

      Flowserve is an international corporation that frequently absorbs other corporations to expand its footprint in the world market. These expansions usually result in some duplication of product lines and excess manufacturing capabilities. This leads to the closure of smaller business units to be consolidated into larger ones. Even if the small unit has a higher return on investment overall.
