      Good company to grow.plenty of training. Good working culture and reactional activities. Office timing also much convenient

      Pros

      Great training program. A few very talented and brilliant people.so large that if Flowserve wants it, they will get it. When traveling, hotel choices available internationally are great. Kerry Hotel.

      Cons

      The majority of employees are not talented but those who are, have expert level knowledge. Too many layers of management. 2% raise per year until you leave. 16 hour flights in economy. No uniform policy on compensation for working weekends and holidays.

      Pros

      Generally great people to work with. The organization strives to improve. Good training opportunities. Great profit sharing/bonus program. Good work ethics.

      Cons

      Work load fluctuates with the power market. During slow business periods, there is a potential for layoffs. Vernon manufacturing plant location is awful and air quality in the general area is very poor.
