Nice package, really good manager & team, opportunity to learn a lot, chance to solve a problem in any way you would like to, home office is as advertised, career advancement doesn't seem impossible

Cons

The first interview with the HR rep wasn't too good, I thank myself that I proceeded to the next round anyways.

The manufacturing space is quite impressive. The capabilities in house with NDE, welding, machining and testing are advanced.

Cons

Some departments lack capabilities to do the job efficiently or think outside the box.
