      Coworkers are good people. Benefits are just ok.

      Cons

      Raleigh division not doing well. Management is awful. No direction and lack of guidance. Systems and tools to do job are completely outdated. Management will require mandatory weekend work at the last minute with no regards to your personal time if there is a conflict.
