      Pros

      Foundation through mid-level workers worked well together and truly wanted improvements.

      Cons

      Mid-Level Management wasn't necessarily qualified to lead the teams that they led. Top-Level Management in the facility wasn't providing the right tools/support for the facility until the most recent change in leadership.

      extremely demanding. Expects you to be available 24/7 all the time. New management with transactional and do as I say mentality.
