      Pros

      Easy, relaxed work environment. Very social and low pressure.

      Cons

      Hopeless management. Limited personal growth. Good tradesmen will always just be tradesmen, only incompetence gets you position advancement. Us vs them between almost every single department. HR methods likely to make issues worse before better.

      Pros

      Many Great people to work with. Each year includes a good bonus opportunity. They offer good benefits including 401k matching up to four percent.

      Cons

      The bonus is not always reached year over year. The management style is increasingly centered at the headquarter. There is lots of personnel busy work like repeated safety training.
