Freedom to develop knowledge and assume responsibilities. Good working environment. Commercial and technical development. Possibility to be in contact with Customers. Focus on training and security. Flexibility since smart working is allowed. Macro-management which means you are free to organize your priorities and projects by yourself.

Cons

Tendency to look for open roles outside of the company instead of promoting internal employees. Lack of managerial day to day supervision which can be both good or bad. Sometimes difficult to execute daily tasks due to complexity of internal platforms and procedures.

Cons

The lack of organization makes it very difficult to perform duties efficiently. A lot of administrative tasks, and other various activities, fall under the responsibility of the PM which takes significant time away from performing actual PM tasks.
