Very less hike, no promotion, no knowledge gaining, high partiality n politics, no care n respect for employee.... Etc etc

The plant in Raleigh NC has seen better days. Current management in place is not qualified in many of the departments. Between layoffs and people who seen the writing, it’s become a plant that is loosing money. Many of the managers who were brought in had no experience in the Nuclear Valve business. End result is what you see now. 2/3 of the people are now gone.
