Pros

There is heavy focus on developing the program and those within it. Great work/life balance There are some good projects that could really help you grow and learn

Cons

There are a few locations that are highly undesirable. Little to no control over where you would relocate to Relocation seems completely random some associates get extremely close locations whereas others move from East coast to Midwest or far north to far South. Salary remains almost the same for the span of the 3 year program.

Pros

The people! I've worked at several customer plants and I can confidently say that Flowserve has one of the healthiest work environments when it comes to the people. This program is really what you make of it. Several travel opportunities, an abundance of opportunities to grow, develop and diversify your skillset.

Cons

This role's onboarding program varies depending on the site - as such, it's incredibly variable. My site took two months to completely onboard for me.

Cons

Flowserve is behind the curve on current manufacturing practices and technology. This does, however, provide plenty of opportunity for employees who have passion for solving problems.
