A call centre full of ridiculous and incompetent managers, especially in the Italian and Latin teams. Lots of chatter and gossip, attitude towards denigration if you are not part of the circle of friends. Childish people with no experience and no English, but who only travel around call centers across Europe to earn their poor salary. No bonuses or benefits compared to other companies; damp offices located out of town, horrible shifts even on weekends and late at night. Pure disorganization, the name of the company in the hands of four ridiculous incompetents, who were unemployed in their hometown.
