Pros
It consists of a group of people that are very helpful. A great team with a variety of skill sets. As an employee I felt at ease and comfortable on the first day on the job. I felt as if I had all the resources to succeed at the job and whatever resources were not readily available and I needed were also looked into and provided to me.
Cons
Since it is a small company that is still growing it is difficult to maintain organization and enforce certain policies. It is a laid back atmosphere and thus difficult to maintain the professionalism needed at all times.
