Stepping stone in your early career to big/good companies that will open many doors in the future
Cons
Not much room for growth in your career Salary remains the same for all the FDM consultants with the same client not matter what role you have within the company Once you are on site, they don't seem to care much about you. The odd call only once in a blue moon. Benefits are not great, ie they dont give you further training (you will have to ask the client for this) Payment schedules and processes are a nightmare, some months you will get considerably more money than others
