Pros

Very few pros. Probably the only one is that they don't miss payments, but still, they don't pay at the end of the month as such a company should do and employees need to wait for the 5th day on the following month.

Cons

Badly organized. It is a huge company but only one person takes all the decisions, and that is the President. All the other major directors' roles are taken by the President's relatives. Low salaries, no possibility to grow, no career path.

The company is flexible, punctual in payments and in managing the needs of its employees

Cons

The company does not allow the professional training of its employees, few career opportunities, it is professional growth. It has a completely abstract concept of meritocracy. It does not value the work of the staff, but the evaluation method is based on sympathies and personal relationships, leaving room for a tense working climate by putting employees in the position not to make the idea of going to work every day pleasant.
