They pay you decent money.
Cons
Very unprofessional. They don’t try to help you succeed or better yourself. There’s no place to move up. They want to keep you in your current position no matter how hard you work. The way they speak to their employees is very rude. They have no respect towards you as an employee. The most unprofessional work place and environment I’ve ever worked at.
