Pros

There weren't many complications within the hiring process/they make understanding their rules and policies simple.

Cons

They're very unprofessional with how they handle their clients. I had friends who were let go byway of never being TOLD of the change, but instead they went to work and found out their key card wasn't working, and it was only when they called in that they were informed. I've also had friends who were badmouthed by the company they were assigned to unjustly, and Express Employment had no sort of hearing for them; they simply dropped them from the agency entirely.

Pros

Only pro is meeting the amazing folks you hope to place on assignment !

Cons

The Owners are awful people at the McNaughton and E. Main location. Kelly Carpenter, Owner is a retired Parole Officer and believes everyone is inferior compared to her. They are highly unorganized, bullies, lack empathy, sociopaths, do not care for their employees, withhold employees pay and do not work to make it right. They literally

Pros

There were none. I had to take a $2.25 loss an hour to work for this place, they put me in a job that I was told if I worked hard I could succeed at and after 7 months of busting my butt they told me my misdemeanors disqualified me to work for the company they had me working for for the last 7 months. Neither Asante nor Express has offered me anything more than an apology, and an apology doesn't put food in my three kids stomachs and doesn't give me a salary that I worked for and that I earned through seven months of slave labor.

Cons

Too many to count. This place does not care about the people that it employs.
