Pros

Express is a good place to work while you are searching for other employment. Employment here is recommended if you are having trouble securing employment.

Cons

Management does not treat all of the employees equally. If you call in sick, be ready for a fight or a hug. It depends on who you are. They state that their mission is to fit you in the best position that matches your skills, but if an opening becomes available for a better fit or even a higher paying job, they will not let you change positions easily.

Pros

Good place for beginners to learn the discipline of hitting the numbers.

Cons

It's all numbers and no room for working smart and strategy. Fake and uncaring leadership. Very little training with a person mostly done on line.

Pros

You can have a good or bad experience working at Express depending on what office you work for because they are individually owned and operated. I have had the pleasure of working for a great owner here in Tennessee. The training programs that are available through corporate are great. There are a lot of opportunities for advancement...for the right person. You have to realize that every position in the office is somewhat sales related. The Front Office Coordinator has to "sell" by being pleasant over the phone and in person and offering excellent customer service. The staffing consultants have to "sell" by making telephone sales calls to current clients and prospects. The outside sales team of course have to sell by making cold calls all over the territory. Our owner makes this easy for us because he pays us a great base salary plus a standard monthly bonus based on productivity plus spot incentives for weekly or monthly goals. I can't speak for other offices but our office rocks!

Cons

Because each office is indepently owned and operated you do not have the great benefits that you would get with a larger agency.
