Since all are locally owned, it is dependent on the office itself. However, many strive for great chemistry and communication cohesiveness. It is part of the culture.
Cons
the business model is very prescriptive in seeing at least 100 business leaders weekly with an expectation of 50% in front of decision makers, closing 2 to 3 new clients a week. Even doing so, based on market conditions, timing, or the competitive nature of the industry, it impacts a closing ratio. It is recommended that a person working in an outside or inside role, give at least 12 months before the potential impacts of that level of work are perhaps felt. Overall, the amount of output does not guarantee the results.
