Pros

Expedia is good at finding great, young, like minded people.

Cons

- The most extreme micromanagement conditions, lack of trust in their employees - Regardless of how well you are performing, you are told it is not enough. - Burn out is extremely common, you also see it in management. - Upward growth is extremely rare, lateral growth is common, absolutely no support to grow from management.
