Stimulating, but extremely political

Pros

- Very good compensation and benefits - Passionate colleagues for the most part

Cons

- frequent senior leadership changes, not enough diversity in senior leadership which seems to be a bit of an old boys network. All with finance background and almost all men. - volatile strategy, changes every 3 months - extremely political, thinks it's result driven but politicization of everything kills true high performance - very high turnover of middle management and senior management, let alone the lower ranks - senior leadership thinks it's an innovative, tech-driven company. It's not. It is run like a bank.

Once a great company

Business Outlook

Pros

Once an innovative company with a strong brand and competitive benefits. Talented teams and skilled colleagues made it a great place to work. Good work-life balance and, in the past, solid career growth opportunities.

Cons

Ruined by poor management at all levels, including unqualified local area managers. Lack of meritocracy, with people clinging to their positions rather than driving real change. Poor strategic decisions led to a decline in culture and innovation.
