it is a nice environment to work in, it is a secure job and the colleagues are nice people, the holidays are paid and the have a good company culture

Cons

almost no career development chance, if you end up with the wrong boss it could be difficult to work in a relaxed way

Stable company with always a positive outlook, good management. The CEO consider the company his family...maybe... Good if you work in the headquarters.

Cons

Intensive work, stress, difficult to get promotions For who work in the shops...prepare to a real streesed environment...but if you get success there you'll be lucky!
