      Pros

      Very good learning experience, if knowledge gain is in your top priority. Very good working environment. People at work are friendly and great to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely stressful and long work hour, if you are in wrong department or wrong team. Not much work-life balance. Promotion is not easy at all. Policy changes too quickly and does not take employee's input or advice.

      Best work culture, HR policies. Knowledge sharing. Best place for freshers and top mgmt.but not for employee in grade 6

      compensation parity is not there. promotions are not justified and not based on performance

      Good technology Well disciplined - policy for everything. Very good benefits Peer relationships very good Travel opportunities with in company.

      Cons

      Some managers show disregard for employees. Only care about own empire. They promote company values but don't expect managers to act on them.
