      Well paid and you work to life, not the other way around

      really hard to push through if you are doing good job, except you are in sales area

      Pros

      For recent college grads it would be easy to join the company. But after working a couple of years it would be benefical to find other employment as you're time and skill set would be not of value to them.

      Cons

      There are too many managers over you. Don't look for any reward for working extra you would not see any benefits. Most of the jobs are being duplicated in other low cost country to produce the same work. Company is too large on an international scale.
